We offer a 30-day return window, which means you can return your items for a refund or exchange within 30 days of receiving your item. We want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase, and if it doesn’t meet your expectations, we’re here to help.
To be eligible for a return:
- The item must be in the same condition as when it was delivered.
- Unworn or unused.
- With all original tags attached.
- In its original packaging.
- Accompanied by the receipt or proof of purchase.
Note: Items returned without a return request or not meeting these conditions will not be accepted.

- Return Authorization: We’ll provide you with a Return Authorization Number (RA#) to help us track your return. Items sent back without this number may experience delays in processing.
Return Shipping Costs
We currently do not offer pre-paid return shipping labels. The customer is responsible for covering the return shipping costs. However, if your return is due to an error on our part—such as receiving a damaged, defective, or incorrect item—we will cover the return shipping costs.
Please use a reliable shipping service (with tracking) to return your item, and ensure it is securely packaged to avoid any damage during transit.

All returns must be sent back via mail. We recommend that you use a tracked shipping service to ensure that your return reaches us safely. We are not responsible for lost or damaged items during the return shipping process.

Restocking Fee
We are pleased to inform you that Couture Carry does not charge any restocking fees for returns or exchanges. Your satisfaction is our priority, and we want you to be confident when shopping with us.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
Upon receiving your order, please check your items immediately. If your item arrives damaged, defective, or if you receive the wrong item, please contact us right away at support@couturecarry.store with the following details:

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

Exchanges
Yes! We accept exchanges for items in their original condition. To exchange an item, you will need to return the original item first, following the steps listed above. Once your return is processed, you can place a new order for the desired item.
Exchanges are typically processed as new orders, and any price differences (including shipping fees) will be reflected at checkout.
Refunds
Once your return has been approved and processed, we will issue your refund back to the original payment method. Please allow 10 business days from the date of approval for the refund to be issued. Please note that:
- Refund Processing Time: The time it takes for your refund to show on your account may vary depending on your bank or credit card provider. Typically, it can take anywhere from 10 business days for the funds to reflect in your account.
- Partial Refunds: If your item is returned in a condition that does not meet our return requirements (e.g., used or missing original packaging), a partial refund may be issued.
