Estimated Delivery Schedule

We work hard to process and ship all orders as quickly as possible. The estimated time frame for your order to reach you is broken down below:

  • Order Cutoff Time: Orders placed after 05:00 PM EST will be processed on the next business day. Any order placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
  • Processing Time: Please allow 1-2 business days for us to process and prepare your order for shipment. This includes order verification, packing, and shipment preparation.
  • Transit Duration: Delivery typically takes 5-7 business days from the day your order is shipped. We work with reliable carriers to ensure that your products arrive safely.
  • Estimated Delivery Time: From the time you place your order, please allow between 6-9 business days for your order to arrive. Please note that transit time is separate from the handling time, which is usually 1-2 business days for order processing.

Tracking Updates

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can track your order’s progress in real-time via the carrier’s website. To check the status of your order at any time, please visit our Order Tracking Page on our website.

Shipping Method

We primarily use trusted shipping carriers such as FedEx, USPS, and UPS to ensure that your order is delivered safely and on time.

  • FedEx: We use FedEx for most shipments to ensure reliable, timely delivery.
  • USPS: For certain locations, USPS may be used for standard deliveries.
  • UPS: UPS is also a trusted carrier used for select shipments.

If you have a preferred shipping method or need expedited shipping, please contact us before placing your order, and we’ll do our best to accommodate your request.

Address Modifications

If you need to update your shipping address after placing an order, please contact us within 24 hours of your purchase. We can update your shipping address before the order is processed.

Once your order has been processed and shipped, we are unable to make changes to the shipping address. Please ensure that your address is accurate before completing your purchase to avoid any shipping issues.

Damaged Packages

We take extra care in packaging your items, but if your order arrives damaged, we ask that you contact us immediately at support@couturecarry.store with the following details:

  • Your order number
  • A description and photographs of the damage

We will work with you promptly to resolve the issue by either sending you a replacement or issuing a refund as per your preference.

Order Cancellation

You have the option to cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it, provided that the order has not yet been shipped. To cancel your order, please contact our customer service team as soon as possible at support@couturecarry.store. Once your order has been processed and shipped, we are unable to cancel it.

Wrong Address or Contact Details

If the package is returned due to an incorrect address, phone number, or email provided by the customer, the return shipping cost will be borne entirely by the customer.

To ensure no inconvenience or delays, please double-check that your shipping and contact details are accurate during checkout. If you notice any mistakes after placing your order, please contact us within 24 hours so we can make the necessary adjustments.
